Specification on Offer:

1. 100x50mm Framing (C24 grade):

• The framing of our timber stables is constructed using high-quality timber measuring 100mm x 50mm. This framing is made from C24 grade timber, which is known for its strength and durability. C24 timber is graded for structural use and is characterized by its straightness, minimal defects, and ability to withstand heavy loads, making it ideal for constructing stable frames that can support the weight of the structure and provide stability over time.

2. 100x50mm Roof Trusses and Purlins:

• To ensure the structural integrity of the roof, we use 100mm x 50mm timber for both the roof trusses and purlins. These components provide support for the roof structure and help distribute the weight evenly, reducing the risk of sagging or structural issues over time. By using sturdy timber for the roof trusses and purlins, we ensure that our timber stables can withstand the elements and remain secure in all weather conditions.

3. 19x125mm Shiplap cladding:

• The exterior walls of our timber stables are clad with 19mm x 125mm shiplap boards. Shiplap cladding is a popular choice for its durability, weather resistance, and aesthetic appeal. The overlapping design of shiplap boards creates a tight seal that helps prevent water penetration and protects the interior of the stable from moisture damage. Additionally, shiplap cladding adds a traditional and timeless look to the exterior of the stables, enhancing their visual appeal.

4. 11mm OSB Kick Boarding internally to 1220mm High:

• Inside the stables, we use 11mm Oriented Strand Board (OSB) kick boarding, extending to a height of 1220mm. OSB is a engineered wood product made from compressed layers of wood strands, bonded together with adhesive. OSB kick boarding provides a durable and easy-to-clean surface that helps protect the interior walls of the stable from damage caused by kicks and abrasions from the animals. The 1220mm height ensures that the lower portion of the walls is well-protected, adding to the longevity of the stable.

5. Box Profile Steel Roofing (Juniper Green):

• The roofing of our timber stables is constructed using box profile steel sheets in a Juniper Green color. Box profile steel roofing is renowned for its strength, durability, and weather resistance, making it an excellent choice for agricultural buildings such as stables. The profile design of the roofing sheets helps channel rainwater away from the structure, reducing the risk of leaks and water damage. The Juniper Green color adds a touch of style to the stables while also blending harmoniously with natural surroundings.

6. Supplied on Timber Skids (125mmx75mm):

• Our timber stables are supplied on timber skids measuring 125mm x 75mm. Skids provide a stable base for the stables and allow for easy transportation and installation. The use of timber skids also elevates the stables off the ground, helping to prevent moisture buildup and prolonging the life of the structure. Additionally, timber skids offer flexibility in placement, allowing the stables to be easily repositioned if necessary.
