Bespoke Barn

This building was built in the summer of 2025 in Devon, approximately This American Barn Layout was designed by our customer to suit her needs it contain 2 12x12 stables 2 12x10 stables log and hay stores and a 12x6 tack room. at the end of the walkway a large wash bay with tie posts to maximize use of space. all the timber used in this build is pressure treated and all timber used is set off the concrete to avoid moisture soaking up into the sole plates of the building prolonging the life of this building even further. this building went together beautifully and the views from the room are amazing.

• 100x50mm Roof Trusses with purlins at 1200mm centers

• 19x125mm shiplap cladding

• Black insulated box profile steel roofing

• 3600mm walkway

• talk grills between and on the front of all stables.

• sliding wooden rear top doors with metal cover flashings

• 18mm OSB kick boarding to 1220mm internally

• Bottom stable doors with deep chew strip on bottom doors, auto locking door bolts, kick over latches and tie back hooks

• Black square Guttering to all applicable sides

• heavy duty sliding entrance door kit
